J'ai essayé l'épilateur ce matin sur mon avant bras pour m'assurer qu'il fonctionne et il fonctionne. Je vous ai mis les photos avec le lumea advanced que vous puissiez comparer la grosseur de l'appareil. Il est plus gros et plus lourd mais semble tellement efficace ! Pas de douleur au flash, pas de risque de brûlure avec la détection automatique du phototype. Produit que je recommande les yeux fermés. La boite n'est pas en français mais c'est qu'un détail. Reste à savoir vers qui se tourner pour la garantie : philips ou amazon ? Car l'épilateur est garantie 2 ans ! C'est précisé sur le descriptif de l'appareil un peu plus haut .. Je suis ravie de mon achat alors à ce prix là n'hésitez plus ! A nous la peau douce 🤗🤗🤗

I waited a few months before leaving this review as I wanted to give it a chance. I’ve done about 7 sessions (not necessarily every 2 weeks as we should but within every 3 weeks) and I’ve had great results. I was abit optimistic because I have PCOS. PCOS is a hormone imbalance that can cause excessive hair growth. But I’ve had really good results on my legs and under arms. My chin and upper lip hairs has slowed down a lot but it will take another few sessions until completely gone but there definitely isn’t as much as before one side of my lip is completely gone. I have not tested bikini line yet which is my next challenge. Another thing I’ve been impressed with is the change in colour under my armpits which you can see from my photo. It’s really helped the discolouration. Very happy so far & 10/10 recommend!

Waited until I finished the initial treatment phase to write my review and I will say that I wish I bought this sooner!! My skin is very pale and my hair is dark, so I’m apparently the “ideal” type for the device. However I will say that it takes time, it won’t happen overnight and you have to stick to the schedule. I found using higher settings also gave me faster results, but I did experience pain doing this in more sensitive areas and had to lower the settings. The treatment is basically painless, the device just gets a little hot, but occasionally you’ll feel a pinging sensation (like an elastic band). I find this usually happens if I missed a hair while shaving or hair in that area is thicker. I used setting 4 for my legs and underarms and have very little re growth now, only in smaller patches I missed with the laser. It’s fantastic no longer having to constantly wax! However I’m also doing a full “Hollywood” on my private area and found that the highest comfortable setting is 3. I would say I think I have a fairly high pain threshold as I do my own at home “Hollywood” waxes, for the most part it’s painless but the occasional ping in this area can be really intense in the higher settings so be careful! I’ve seen much less progress using the the lower setting here, but some areas are starting to show less re growth now and the hair is significantly thinner, so I’ve just added additional treatments instead of moving to touch ups. I can see the hair disappearing completely here with more time too! If you find things painful I’d also recommend icing the area first! I found this very helpful, especially doing the “Hollywood” treatment as that area is much more sensitive. Overall however, it’s nothing compared to waxing and it really is a long term investment money wise!

I bought this after reading a lot of reviews but I was still very skeptical if it would work for me. I am in my 40s and have been suffering from facial hair since my early 20s, not because I have a lot of hair but because I mess with my face a lot and because of that my hair grows dark and I pluck it every other day and honestly I can't see an end at all but at some point I was so ashamed and embarrassed that I decided to take the plunge and buy it. I have only had one treatment so far and I have seen a huge difference in the growth rate and length, I am not expecting it to go away completely but it barely grows and when it does it is very slow which is enough for me. I am hoping it will grow to the point where I will need a touch up once a month and I won't need to check my face every morning and night like I did before using it. So yes I have found my miracle and pray it stays that way I will update after a few treatments and let you know what difference it makes So far I am very happy I bought it, absolutely great value for money but it is all worth it.

I have just finished my 3rd treatment using this machine and I honestly cannot believe the difference it’s making already! I have dark brown hair and very dark, corse body hair so I knew this was going to be good for me but I never expected these results this soon. Don’t get me wrong I still have regrowth, I’m only 3 treatments in, but this is largely due to me missing areas and has significantly reduced. To see such a reduction in in-growing hairs is amazing. I also have always had ‘strawberry’ legs no matter how I removed hair, always loads of red spots, very fast re growth etc. But this has completely changed all of that. Why I didn’t do this sooner I’ll never know. Highly recommend.

I got this as it was on offer, but even at full price it's worth it. I have medium/fair skin with dark hairs and most had stopped growing by the 2nd use. The area it covers does look small, but its easy to use and managed to do full legs, bikini and underarms in 20 minutes .. better than shaving every other day. It's worth mentioning that although it works, you do need to keep having a top up here and there otherwise hairs may still come back. I'm going to try doing a top up once every 2 months to maintain it.

I've used the Lumea 3 times now and I'm already seeing a difference with hair re-growth. I have darker hair and light freckly skin. Hair growth before was unbelievable, spikey, thick and dark leg hair a few hours after shaving. Having used the Lumea for the initial 3 fortnightly treatments, there are already areas of my legs that are hair-free, I can see where I've missed on a previous treatments so each time I carry out the treatment I'm a little more aware of how to use it. I found it quite difficult to know where to line up but I'm getting there and it's a learning curve. Upper lip and chin was very hairy before, needing to pluck every other day and these hairs have completely stopped growing in 3 treatments !! Underarms have really reduced the speed of re-growth too and bikini line is a work In progress (there are areas that have stopped growing but its very patchy, nothing I'm sure a few more treatments won't sort out!) Overall completely thrilled with it, I've wanted to buy this for 4+ years and I'm pleased I finally have. There are 5 settings, it has a handy function that tells you which one would be best for your skin (although you can choose any to suit yourself) mine mostly came out at 5, which is the highest setting and although it does get a bit warm after long usage, it's mostly pain free (on the highest setting) lower setting would be even less so. Don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to tell you all about it, and my long life ambition of becoming hair free xx
