The no tangle feature actually does work! After years of having to cut the tangled long dog hairs and my hair off the roller brush of every other vacuum I've owned I have at last bought this Shark that does work.

Very easy to move around as it is lightweight, battery last sufficient time to hoover an average sized home. Attachments all work as expected and comes with a storage bag. Good suction for the price and for the fact its a cordless vacuum.

I would have given a 5 but I feel the suction is could have been better when using hand unit although my husband disagreed and said it was better inside the car than the last one. Overall a great unit, lightweight and easy to charge, clean/empty and fold for storage.

I absolutely hate every vacuum I’ve ever had, too chunky, too many bits to put together, hoses split, too big and takes up too much space in cupboard, loads of hair gets tangled in brush, too cheap and flimsy and stops working after weeks, too expensive and never performs any better than the cheap one, tangled cable cord like a landline phone, twirling about and falling over it, blah blah etc. I had a very expensive one a while ago (starts with M) and it actually went on fire after a few mths, I had to get my kitchen fire extinguisher on it. Now this is my favourite vacuum ever, so pleased I got a Shark. A bit heavier than expected but fine, I can feel the quality, it’s just made so much better. Parts go together super easy (I barely looked at manual) and has really good suction , with a booster shot too. Taking the handle off to empty is simple job, easy and fast. Folding it over on itself is easy too, it’s compact and can fit in many small places. I love it. The charger has the name Shark on it so I’m not rummaging around trying other chargers and getting flustered and moaning about them all looking the same! Five stars from me. 💨

The Shark Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is the best vacuum I have ever bought, the suction is great, my carpets look brand new. It is lightweight, easy to use and put together, plenty of useful items to keep everything clean. I am so glad that we purchased this Shark Cordless Vacuum.
